Support at every stage of contact

From the first assessment through to ongoing sessions and reporting, our team works to keep contact safe, calm and centred on the child. View our fees →

01 — SUPERVISED CONTACT VISITS
A trained worker present throughout

Sessions take place in our contact centre or an agreed community setting, with a worker in the room the whole time. Suited to families where contact needs close, direct oversight for the child's safety and wellbeing.

From $130 per hour · two-hour minimum
02 — INTAKE SESSIONS
A structured start, before contact begins

We meet each parent separately to understand the family's history, any concerns, and what the child needs. This shapes a contact plan agreed with both parents before the first session.

$350 per family
03 — OBSERVATIONAL REPORTS
Independent, written records of contact

Factual, non-judgemental write-ups of what took place during sessions, prepared for parents, solicitors or the court. Reports are written by the worker who observed the visit, not a third party.

$85 per page · affidavits $150
04 — CHANGEOVER ASSISTANCE
Pickups and dropoffs, without direct contact between parents

Our team manages the handover at each end of a visit, staggering arrival and collection times so parents don't need to meet face to face.

$75 per exchange

Service and payment details

What each fee covers, and how cancellations and payments work.

INTAKE AND ASSESSMENT

The $350 fee applies per family and includes separate intake discussions with each parent or caregiver, review of relevant court orders and safety information, risk and suitability assessment, discussion of each child’s needs, and planning of contact arrangements, the venue and staggered arrivals.

An introduction or orientation for the children is included where appropriate, along with written confirmation of agreed arrangements. The intake fee is non-refundable once the process has commenced.

FACILITATED CHANGEOVERS

A safe and supported transfer of children between parents or caregivers without direct contact between the parties.

REPORTS

Observational reports are prepared from the supervisor’s contemporaneous notes and direct observations and charged at $85 per page. Two weeks’ notice is required. Affidavits are charged at $150.

Urgent reports, subpoenas, court documents and other legal requests are quoted before work begins.

PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION

The first 15 minutes of communication for each party is included. Additional calls, emails, meetings, document reviews and professional communication are charged at $85 per hour in 15-minute increments.

Routine visit arrangements are not charged unless communication becomes lengthy, complex or falls outside normal administrative contact.

CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ATTENDANCE

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice and non-attendance are charged the full booked fee. Non-refundable venue or activity costs already incurred may remain payable.

Late arrival does not extend the finishing time, and the full booked fee remains payable.

PAYMENT

Payment arrangements and responsibility for fees are confirmed during intake. Bookings are not confirmed until required payment is received or an approved payment arrangement is in place.
