Bloom was set up by family support workers who kept meeting the same problem: parents who wanted to see their children safely, and no calm place to do it. We've supported families through supervised contact, changeovers and reporting ever since.
Every decision — the venue, the pace, the length of a visit — is made around what the child needs that day.
We facilitate and observe. We don't judge, advise or advocate for either parent, and our reports say only what we saw.
Contact should feel like time together, not an appointment. We work hard to keep sessions relaxed for everyone in the room.
We work to recognised children's contact service standards, carry full public liability insurance, and review every safeguarding policy annually.
